If recipient is not present at the delivery location at the scheduled time, recipient will incur a missed delivery fee for return of the parcel to the iShop Worldwide Ltd Warehouse. The recipient may reschedule the delivery for a later date and time (additional delivery fees will apply), or you can opt for self-collection at the warehouse within a specified timeframe five (5) days.
