If however, your product has arrived damaged, you have 24 hours from collection/delivery of your goods to let us know of the fault.
Please message us via the contact form (at the bottom of the screen), and provide as many details as possible (including your name, contact details and order number).
In further correspondence we will ask you to complete the claim form, and provide photographic evidence of the damage.
Unfortunately any damages reported after 24 hours of collection/delivery of goods will not be accepted.
